Conditioning FAQs
Is gym work safe for young players?
Yes — when it’s coached properly. Our programmes follow paediatric exercise guidelines: technique first, bodyweight before barbells, and loads matched to maturation, never to ego.
What happens if my child is injured?
Our physio screens the injury, sets a staged return-to-play plan, and the player keeps training around the injury with adapted sessions so fitness and morale don’t collapse.
Do you advise on nutrition?
Every squad gets termly nutrition workshops and matchday fuelling guides for parents — practical food, not supplements. Read our nutrition article in the blog for the basics.
